The pickup crew is extremely friendly, and thorough at making sure nothing is dropped and left behind. When larger items or yard waste need disposed, Bill's will send out a separate truck to collect those items, with a call in advance to arrange a driver. Bill's arrives twice weekly for trash pick up, and once weekly for recycle. Bill's does provide a large trash bin, but residents are responsible for providing a recycle bin, or must place a bag curbside for pickup.
I gave Bill's Trash Services 5 stars for their excellent service, however, bill-pay can be an inconvenience. An online bill pay option would likely help build customer satisfaction. The payment lady is extremely kind, and will call back immediately if left a message, but it can be hard to reach her at times when the phone line is busy.
